The Thai retirement visa (Non-Immigrant O / O-A) lets foreign nationals aged 50 and over stay in Thailand for one year at a time, renewable annually. We manage the full application in Pattaya from financial proof to immigration submission.

Eligibility requirements

  • Aged 50 years or older on the date of application
  • THB 800,000 in a Thai bank account (seasoned 2 months), or
  • Monthly income of THB 65,000, or a combination totalling THB 800,000/year
  • No criminal record and valid passport with at least 18 months validity

  • Passport with at least 18 months validity and TM.6 arrival card
  • Bank statement and bank letter from a Thai bank
  • Proof of address in Thailand (TM.30)
  • Completed TM.7 application form and photos
  • Medical certificate (for O-A) and police clearance from home country (for O-A)
