Business Visa in Pattaya (Non-Immigrant B)

Service overview

The Non-Immigrant B visa is the standard route for foreigners employed by a Thai company or running their own Thai-registered business. We handle the company sponsorship paperwork and pair it with a work permit.

Best suited for

• Foreigners employed by a Thai company
• Owners of Thai limited companies (including BOI)
• Foreign teachers and consultants

Eligibility requirements

• Job offer or ownership in a registered Thai company
• Sponsoring company with paid-up capital of at least THB 2 million per foreign employee
• 4 Thai employees per foreign work permit holder
• Valid passport with at least 18 months validity

Documents you'll need

• Company registration (DBD), shareholder list and VAT certificate
• Financial statements and tax filings
• Employment contract or director appointment
• Personal documents: passport, CV, qualifications, photos

Application process

1. 1

   Company review

   We audit the sponsoring company's documents and fix any gaps.

2. 2

   Visa application

   Non-B issued from a Thai embassy abroad or converted from a Non-O / tourist visa in-country.

3. 3

   Work permit filing

   Once you arrive on the Non-B we file the work permit at the Chonburi Labour Office.

4. 4

   1-year extension

   After 90 days we extend the Non-B to a full year aligned with the work permit.
